ICDL Singapore is an initiative of ECDL Foundation, the global certifying authority of the ICDL programme. ICDL Singapore provides dedicated support to a network of ICDL Approved Test Centres, and is responsible for quality assurance in the delivery of the ICDL programme in Singapore.

About the ICDL Programme
ICDL (ECDL in Europe), is the international standard in end-user computer skills. The ECDL / ICDL Syllabus consists of modules which define the skills and competencies necessary to be a proficient user of a computer and of common computer applications.

Employability Skills - ICT Modules
Under an agreement signed between ECDL Foundation and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), ICDL Syllabus 5.0 and ICDL Advanced modules are now offered as part of Employability Skills' 'Workforce Skills Qualifications' (WSQ) programme.
